Terms of Service

Toolbox Anonymous offers NeoSpaxe. Paid usage is billed and processed by Dodo Payments as our merchant of record.

1. How NeoSpaxe Operates

NeoSpaxe executes as a container image inside your CI pipeline and deploys preview infrastructure directly into your own AWS account.

• You keep your AWS credentials inside your CI project’s secret store.
• You are solely responsible for the AWS infrastructure charges that your preview stacks create in your AWS account, and for running the remove workflow to tear down a preview when you are done with it.
• NeoSpaxe is a headless CI product and does not provide a signed-in web console.

2. Pricing, Trial, and License Key Security

The price for NeoSpaxe is the single offer described on the Pricing page:

• A 30-day free trial supporting at most 20 concurrent open previews with flat and hourly fees waived.
• After the trial: $0.20 per hour while a preview stack remains open, $20 per new stack life, and $10 more for that stack life when NeoSpaxe auto-synthesizes the deployment blueprint.
• Your NEOSPAXE_LICENSE_KEY is a bearer secret tied to your billing ledger. Keep it stored in encrypted CI secrets—sharing your license key shares your bill.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Dodo Payments customer portal. Our refund rules and post-trial behavior are detailed on the Refunds page.
